SHIPPING POLICY

The Company shall exercise all possible measures to ensure that any product booked on the Website is delivered within ten(10) working days from date of booking of order on the Website subject to successful realization of payment made against the said Order and availability of the product(s). However, the user understands and confirms that the Company shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery of product due to circumstances beyond the control of the Company, provided, the Company takes all required and necessary steps to ensure delivery of the product within above mentioned timelines.
We offer FREE SHIPPING for all our products irrespective of the cart value. Octroi charges, wherever applicable, shall be borne and paid by the Company and not by the Customer.
In case User books orders of multiple products in one transaction, the Company would endeavor to ship all Products together. However, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics and/or logistics issues. If User purchases multiple products in a single transaction, then the products can be shipped at the different addresses within the same pincode chosen individually by the user at the time of checkout.

How would I know that my shipping address is serviced?

Your shipping address Pin code will be verified with our database before you finally checkout. In case it is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping pincode and check the availability.

How will the delivery be done?

Product delivery will be done through reputed courier service providersBlue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, Shadowfax etc.

Does www.refurbrepublic.com deliver internationally?

Currently, we do not deliver items internationally. However, you are invited to make purchases on the website from anywhere in the world at the same time ensuring the Shipping Address is within India.
